Trying to post this again, as I haven't seen it 24hours after my first attempt. I apologize if it shows up twice:
I'm trying to load bttv, when I run xawtv, I get : can't open /dev/video0 : No such device but the device is there and I have permission to open it. I saw something (somewhere?) in a long ago archive about loading my tuner drivers, but when I tried to compile the voodoo drivers, it can't be done, as there are too many unresolved externals in the source (specifically, some functions addresses that are embedded as structure elements, such as 'sensors_proc_real' and 'sensors_sysctl_real').
