Hi list, I'm new in the video editing area.
I'm looking for a card that would enable me to watch cable tv and record it in a full PAL resolution, preferrably in some mpeg format, that works reasonably well in linux and is not too expensive. I'm asking for market names, to know which box to pick up in the store.
