Followup on the 2003 Jan 2 sa7134 snapshot, this is what I get when I
tried to run xawtv 3.82 with v4l API (in enclosed log file).
Basically I don't get any output at all in the xawtv window.
I observe the v4l2 phenomenon described below as well.
