How can I run VCDs (.dat) files on my Linux box ??? Can anyone point me to a nice and easy to install VCD player ??? I saw livid also, is livid the only solution ???xine (http://xinehq.de/) can playback VCD's. If you install the xine-vcdx plugin it even supports VCD menu's and can playback VCD disk images.
