Yes and the BT8xx chipset does not support ISA :-) because it needs
busmastering. You are right. I have made a quick look at questling and
others bu I could not find anything about the chip too.


Can you make a picture of the card and put it on some your homepage?
Does that MCT MVM121A look strange in any way? Is the chip number printed
on a sticker that is put on the chip (custom chip) or is the number burned
onto the case of the chip. Are there other chips on the board ? 
(Memory,logic,...)
If there is Memory on it? If so there may be a codec on the board.
There must be one, because the ISA bus is to slow for a full video stream.
Are there any jumpers for IO-address, IRQ, DMA?
