OK, I give. I have an STB TV-PCI that's flawless under That Other OS
but loses horizontal sync frequently with BTTV, and I have a
ChannelSurfer TV with audio quality so bad (under all OSs) that it's
simply not going back inside my computer.
Can anybody recommend a few good quality tv tuner cards? Preferably
something that a developer has on-hand. I'd like stereo audio, and if
there's a model with an FM tuner that works as well, and a remote
controll that works with lirc, those are both plusses.
Anybody?
