RDS works with the radio-cadet driver - it throws data blocks at you
through /dev/radio when you read from it. It's not wonderful, but you
it works well enough to decode whatever broadcasters care to provide. I
imagine this is a lot more useful over there, since RDS streams on this
side of the world are pretty dull.
I can probably find some of my old testing code for parsing blocks from
the stream if anyone's interested.
