As more of a user who keeps quiet and follows the list to pickup
a technical understanding behind V4L and the bttv driver I wanted
to say thank you to everyone who has worked on this to date.
This proposed feature has me *very* excited. Just this week I
was trying to figure out how I could run both my webcam which pulls
frames on demand and the cool new motion package together off the
same video device without the two packages conflicting.
>From what I gather this proposed feature would solve that problem.
