Using kwintv 0.7.5 and icewm 1.0.3. icewm is supposedly "mostly"
kde compliant, and "fully" gnome compliant. I'll have to ask the icewm
folks what they mean by "mostly" kde compliant if i learn more about
what's going on with this.
Here's the deal. If I launch kwintv by hotkeying gRun and
executing kwintv, when i switch to full screen the image is offset about
the number of pixels that the icewm toolbar is high, so that there's a
black bar at the bottom of the image.
However, if open an xterm and run kwintv from inside the xterm,
there is no offset and no black bar.
When i think about it, I suppose gRun might be related, but I'm
not sure how, is there some shell resource that needs to be present or
something in order for kwintv to function?
