3DFX/STB Destkop TV/FM card

hey i recently purhaced a 3dfx Desktop TV/FM (formerly made by STB,
card=40) and the tv works excellent however when i use the radio portion
of the card all i hear is static. i have radio=1 set. ive tried numerous
programs, does anyone have any suggestions? thanks in advance
