sorry forgot to say, this card do got a msp3400 chipset, and i have installer the 
module, but something is wrong at boot time i can see

bttv0: i2c: checking for MSP34xx @ 0x80... not found

but im sure on that this card got a msp3400 chipset.
ive installed the module but it doesnt work anyway, this is kinda frustrating
