[V4L] Java Interface to V4L

We got a running JMF CaptureDevice implementing the Video for Linux 2
dirver using Java Native Interface. It just runs on a Winnov Videum card
and only supports RGB Format so far. If somebody is interested in the
code, let me know. So I will GPL the code and prepare it as tarball for
download.
