The Zapping project <http://zapping.sourceforge.net> is looking for a
generous soul from the United States.
For the next versions we plan to add Teletext and Closed Caption
subtitling, unfortunately none of the present developers have access to
NTSC broadcast. If you can spare a few minutes, your job is simply to
run a vbi probe recording a sample CC transmission and well, enjoy
testing the final product.
If you got a PAL Laserdisc or VHS tape with Caption on line 22 we would
appreciate your support as well.
