Not the MJPEG ... however the buz (etc) also support a standard
dumb frame-buffer capture which is what vic uses...

This looks like you have the buz capturing PAL from the S-VHS port.
Perhaps you need to go into the settings menu and tell it
NTSC? Obviously if you're using the composite input that would help too...
