Well, I've had an excellent dialogue with them for about 1.5 years
now. But it did take a few attempts, emailing the UK, German and USA
offices before I got a contact email.
But over the last 18 months we have built up a great dialogue,
proper engineer to engineer technical stuff.
In hind site, it was much easier getting contacts at Hauppauge than it
was getting contacts at AverMedia.
