[V4L] Multiple radio cards in one machine?

Hi!

I have to use multiple radio cards in a single machine for my application.
Is it possible to use 4 radio cards in same machine? Which one should I use,
since some only let you choose between 2 io settings...Would it help if I
use PNP cards?
