[V4L] device busy

Hi,

a few times when I started kwintv or xawtv the program stopped (crashed ?)
just after starting it. So it didn�t return the device to proper status. I
couldn�t close the screen so I killed it with "xkill". But the device is still
busy. How can reset it without rebooting?
