[V4L] REALPRODUCER + bt848

I have instaling Realproducer and card bt848. I live in BRAZIL and the format
for video here is PAL-M.
Mi problem is: the Realproducer no have suport for PAL-M. i have realproducer
8.5, and then mi image no are good...
Help-me
