Hi,
can anyone help me to configure my kworld 878FBK card?
It has a BT878a chip, but I don't know what are the tuners.
I tried DTV under windows specifying a generic BT878+Philips PAL tuner and
it worked better than with the drivers shipped with the card, but
strangely (because dtv is based on BTTV linux drivers) the same
configuration doesn't work even for TV alone in LInux 2.2.18 and 2.4.1
The sequence I used was:
insmod i2c scan=1
insmod i2c-dev
insmod i2c-algo-bit
insmod videodev
insmod tuner type=5
insmod bttv card=0 radio=0
In the logs I could read that nothing was attached to the i2c bus.
xawtv and kwintv didn't find any channel during the scan and I couldn't
see
anything vaguely good myself.
Any help appreciated.
