[V4L] dc10 + lavtools + kernel 2.4.1

Has anyone had success with the dc10 + lavtools + 2.4.1.  I tried to compile
the dc10 drivers made by Serguei Miridonov, and no errors show up, but the
modules are not present.  I then tried the buz drivers built into the 2.4.1
kernel, but lavrec says there is no signal.

I did not have any problems with the 2.4 test kernels.
