[V4L] Video4Linux with Qt

I'm almost beginner at coding and poor at English.   My question is that how I can use v4l api(?) on qt application.   I want to display captured video on Qt widget( I didn't find any matching qt class ).   source is RGB24, NTSC.   kind people, just hint me some code.   should I post this message to Qt mailing list?
