[V4L] Black Borders In full screen mode

Hi
Apart from "crtl alt -" is there any other way to get fullscreen mode
working well?
I have cruised the archives a bit but on a dialup connection it's going
to get expensive.
I'm sure I saw answers to this qu. before. Apologies for digging up "old
bones".
