It fixes: - correct spelling - detect mono vs. stereo cards (GPIO) - Handle "A2 stereo"(LANG1), "A2 SAP"(LANG2) and "normal stereo"(MONO) with least inconvenience, though with some non-obvious side effect (see printk+Note in patch).
