Hi,

Creative Labs Webcam III works really fine.

You can't get more than 7.5 frames/second 
for a picture with 320x240 pixels because
of the bandwith limit of USB @ 12 MBit/sec.

The only way to improve this is by compression. Mark has 
included this in the driver for your camera. For details look at
