[V4L] Winnov driver and Kernel 2.4.2

I trying to get my Winnov card to work with V4L2 and I keep getting the
following error:


/lib/modules/2.4.2/misc/videodevX.o: unresolved symbol cpia_init

I believe the videodevX is the latest driver.  Has anyone gotten this to
work?
