[V4L] bttv2 on 2.2.19

A question to the list and to Justin (if he's around),

Has anyone successfully built bttv2 on 2.2.19?

I get the error that i2c-algo-bit.h has not been found and upon examination
it turns out that is does not appear to exist.

Have I missed something?  Is there something else I need to install?
