Y U Y V is the AVI FOURCC "YUY2", and V4L (at least bttv) produces that
for the rather ambiguously named VIDEO_PALETTE_YUV422 format.
FYI, VIDEO_PALETTE_YUYV is actually (again going by the bttv driver)
Brooktree's "Y41P" format, which starts U Y V Y... :-(
I've previously posted about these awful names, but received no feedback
on proposed changes.
