Careful what you wish for...

I added X-FORWARDED-FOR cgi env-variable. If it is set, the log displays
#  File      IP                                            Size
1  foo.asf   127.0.0.1 FORWARDED [env-variable-contents]    0


I have asf streaming sorta working.  I'll iron it out tonight, and let you
know as soon as the author gets back to me.  Maybe he can release a new
version soon...
