Phew, glad I'm not alone with this problem :-)
I just got a mail from Gerd concerning this.
He asked if I had a VIA chipset, which I do indeed, and that in that case
it's a bug in the pci quirks.
Whatever that is, I don't know that much about hardware.
Anyway, the bug is known, so I'm sure people are working on it.
