Some of it. Basically everything what can be done on hardware,
i.e. bttv will not copy and/or scale images for you. But two
applications opening the device and capturing images -- even
with different sizes / formats -- does work. Of course they
can't get both full-sized images @ 25 fps due to hardware
limits...
