Hi,

I just downloaded bttv-0.8.16. Where the heck are the FM (fine manuals)?
I don't know how to go about compiling the darned thing. I tried
applying the patch to my stock 2.4.4 kernel and got the ff. errors while
compiling:

gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.4.4/include -Wall
-Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -fno-strict-aliasing -pipe
-mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -march=athlon -DMODULE -DMODVERSIONS
-include /usr/src/linux-2.4.4/include/linux/modversions.h -c -o
bttv-driver.o bttv-driver.c
bttv-driver.c: In function `init_video_dev':
bttv-driver.c:2438: too few arguments to function
`video_register_device_R1a7d8130'
bttv-driver.c:2440: too few arguments to function
`video_register_device_R1a7d8130'
bttv-driver.c:2447: too few arguments to function
`video_register_device_R1a7d8130'

Which bttv.o driver should I use? The one in the kernel tree or the one
in the bttv-0.8.16 subdirectory? Bottomline I guess is, Where's the fine
manual???

Yours truly,
Richi Plana
