Setup is not an aspect ratio thing.  You have to do a levels adjust.  From
within Adobe Premiere, I have been using a value of 14 in the first box.
This means that any pixel that is at 14 is stretched to 0.  The process is
a stretching, not a shift, of the video level.  Anything at 255 is left at
that level.
