no handler for /dev/v4l/video0 - HELP

I have this problem: It start to happen I don’t know why I teste whit 2 versions of bttv  0.7 and 0.9 I can�t change the input channel of the card --------------- >>>>v4lctl /dev/v4l/video0 list ioctl: VIDIOC_G_TUNER(index=0;name="";type=unknown;capability=0x0 [];rangelow=0;rangehigh=0;rxsubchans=0x0 [];audmode=MONO;signal=0;afc=0): Invalid argument no handler for /dev/v4l/video0 ---------------   Can anyone help me?
