Most of this stuff is licensed under Creative Commons, meaning most likely you can re-syndicate it on your videoblog as long as you attribute credit to the original artist.
Just be sure to check the license of the song before you use it.
I know Epitonic, for instance, makes the MP3's available for free because they are distributed by indie labels and they just want the song to be heard as much as possible and spread around.
