My browser has got the other parts (they're called "Notes" and "Bookmarks"). I still say it would be easier to use a browser - with some minor modifications if you have special needs - than to start from scratch on a new document format (that'll end up reinventing HTML anyway). Someone else might have hit the mark with the mention of content control.
