Load your mov file in quicktime
File-> Export
Select Movie to MPEG-4
Press Options Button
Set video type to 'pass-through'
Set Audio type to 'pass-through'
OK
Save

Takes seconds, because it doesnt have to reencode the video or audio,
its just saving them without a quicktime .mov wrapper

This only works if your .movs contain mpeg4 video and (I think) AAC
audio. Most videoblog .movs are in this format.

Ive only actually tried this on the Mac but Id think it will work on
PC version too.

Anyway this has been mentioned before I think, but I thought it was
worth mentioning again in abbreviated and clear form, just in case
anybody wants to turn their mov's into .mp4's.
