Somebody at MIT has already come up with a way to "jam" digital still cameras, targeting them and shining a bright light directly into the lens so that you can't photograph whatever you're aiming at that they don't want you to. I'm sure they'll come up with something similar for other types of cameras, and we'll have a techno-war on that front as well...
