I'm looking to host a vblog site. Blogger or some other services wouldn't help me do that. I was poeple to sign up at my site and submit videos. For example, a person stated that they were using phpBB to host their site. So I'm actually looking for the backend software. phpBB, mambo, php-nuke, would all be excellent examples, but I don't know if their the best for a video blog.
