My videoblog has been listed in the iTunes Directory for a while now, it took forever at first, then I found the iTunes settings in Feedburner and within a few days I was seeing a whole bunch of people on iTunes finding my feed. In regards to content... punks rioting through the streets is pretty much my bread and butter... and I haven't head any problems thus far.
