Try right-clicking (ctrl+click) and Save Target As. Garageband.com does permit music to be used in podcasts (which probably included video) - not sure what the individual licensing terms of songs may be. If you are searching specifically for Creative Commons music, creativecommons.org is the place to look. They have a search engine specifically for that purpose.
