I've used Camtasia a lot for creating tutorials for students for stuff like flash and dreamweaver ... recently I got a power book and much to my chagrin/sadly there is no mac version of camtasia ... I have no idea if there is any mac equivalent

I didn't get to view your video, I can't seem to reach Vimeo right now. I'll try again later! But another (free) alternative to Camtasia would be CamStudio, at http://sourceforge.net/projects/camstudio/

One word to describe this nifty little program - SCHWEET.  :)

I may not be able to run a cam stream 24/7 (my system crashes and reboots for some oddball reason after awhile with the Micro Webcam drivers I have to use), but I can sure as hell make short little vlog videos and partake in the video conferences now that my cam is mounted properly atop my monitor as opposed to elsewhere on the desk.  :)

And this little program will (or at least *should*) enable me to add a watermark logo and do other things as well.  :D

Cheers for now  :)
