I'm new to vlogging, so this is probably a stupid question, but I
didn't see an answer after a search, and I'm not even sure I'm using
the correct terms. Is there an easy way (either pc or mac) to
determine the pixel size of a video in the os environment rather than
using software so one can easily use the embed tag? Alternatley, is
there a way to code the html so that it detects the pixel size and
(I'm using the quicktime format) allow for the extra pixels for the
controls?

thanks!
