What I do is upload to Blip.tv and Ourmedia. Typically my videos get to Blip.tv first try, without fail. Ourmedia is another story, it's hit or miss, but I support what Ourmedia is doing, and I want my work there. What I will often do is use the Blip.tv link for the video in my post if the Ourmedia upload fails, or the site is down, or something else goes wrong.
