They seem to own the videospider.it domain, though there are no credits on that site (as no doubt you found). If they are actually running the site, it seems to be a departure for them - so far their other sites all look like erotica of various sorts. They also write books. And they most assuredly speak English, so should be able to respond to your questions as to why they are abusing your CC license.
