Its very simple to report the bug:
Just navigate to your site (or a site in question with a QT embed object).
Pull down the "help" menu from Firefox.
Select "Report a broken Website"
And fill out the simple form.

I've had perpetual issues with any vid + firefox when scrolling for
awhile.. window blacks out, etc etc. I've kinda learned to not touch my
browser when viewing :)
