quicktime allows you to embed linked content into a movie.. so you could place an invisible image near the end of your movie, one that has to be downloaded from your site. the amount of hits for that image file should roughly equal how many times your movie has been watched. the viewer has to be online when they watch the film for it to register a hit... i also think there may be some ethical issues with this ;)
