That setting gives you this:

> Audio: 44,100 Hz, 16 Bit, Stereo, QDesign compression.
> Video: 29.97 fps, 320x240, Sorenson 3 

which is not particularly good, on video or audio, IMHO

you'd be best off, if you are looking for QT compatibilty, exporting 
back out to avi/ntsc dv - then taking the result of that and encoding to 
(possibly iPod compatible) mp4 in QT7 or some other program such as
Videora.
