FWIW, I submitted about four times before it was finally accepted. I never received any kind of information as to why it was rejected (or ignored). Now it appears that I'm even in there twice - with my feedburner feed, and with my original feed (on my own site). I wrote to them asking to remove the old one so that I could count iTunes subscriptions through Feedburner, but after several weeks there has been no response. Who knows how the mind of Apple works? They certainly don't tell us. ; )
