What do you mean by "go in and tag manually"? If you post a video with blip and tag it "videobloggingweek2005" you can make sure those tags get picked up by the other services by checking "Include tags in cross-post" in your cross post settings.
That will send out the tags you choose in blip to your blog in the appropriate format for Technorati... no other work needed. And (Peter correct me if I'm wrong) Mefeedia will pick up your tags from the RSS feed.
