Of course resources like Camcorder.info and other review sites are
excellent, and I spend more time than I should there (but my aching wallet
keeps me in check).  But we should be able to collect things of specific
interest to videobloggers.  Sure, most things videobloggers want are the
same things budding filmmakers want, but there are some things I know that
are always stressed here -- external mic input being a perfect example --
that might not be as heavily emphasized at a regular consumer electronics
review site.

Well, y'all just seem pretty wiki friendly.  It's funny how different
groups find preferred ways to interact.  Some communities love web forums,
and won't touch wikis.  Meanwhile the forums I set up at Voxmedia gather
tumbleweeds.  Mailing lists, though, even when the traffic is overwhelming,
never seem to go out of style.  <g>
